Basic Pile Installation Method: "Cement Milk Casing Method"

The vertical accuracy of the excavation hole is extremely good! A foundation pile installation method with increased rigidity that is strong against bending.

The "Cement Milk Casing Method" is a construction technique that adds a casing rotation mechanism to the outside of the auger screw, allowing the auger screw and casing to rotate relative to each other while excavating. This method is effective across a wide range of ground conditions, and can be applied to gravel ground, cobble layers, boulder layers, bedrock layers, sloped bedrock layers, and ancient cave layers in former coal mine sites. 【Features】 - The relative rotation of the auger screw and casing ensures excellent vertical accuracy of the excavation hole. - There is almost no high stopping of the piles. - The adhesion between the piles and the original ground is good. - There are no concerns regarding bearing capacity. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Double Bowling Method

We will introduce a foundation pile installation method that can be carried out with low noise and low vibration.

This technology is a foundation pile embedding method that demonstrates its effectiveness in unstable ground, such as gravel layers in the intermediate layer. First, a large auger screw is used for the first excavation based on the pile diameter, while simultaneously injecting cement milk and mixing it to solidify the excavation hole. After allowing some time for solidification, a second excavation is performed, and root-fixing milk and surrounding stabilizing liquid are injected to embed the pile. 【Features】 ■ Effective in unstable ground ■ Increased bearing capacity ■ Can be constructed with low noise and low vibration *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Buried construction method (concrete)

Affordable finish! A construction method widely adopted for large floors and facilities.

We would like to introduce our "Buried Method" service. When installing floor heating throughout the building, we use dry hot water floor heating methods such as flat floor construction for the flooring area. In cases where there is a large space like a dirt floor, utilizing the buried method can also improve the heating efficiency in areas like the entrance. We carefully consider the thickness of the hot water pipes and the spacing of the piping according to the scale of the hot water floor heating installation. 【Features】 ■ Cost-effective construction method ■ Possible to improve heating efficiency in areas like the entrance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Large-diameter deep steel pipe installation method (φ3200)

It is also used in construction to protect cities from flooding caused by guerrilla rainstorms! It is utilized in the construction of vertical shafts for access tunnels.

The "Large Diameter Deep Depth Steel Pipe Installation Method (φ3200)" is a method for directly rotating and installing steel pipe piles equipped with a drilling bit at the tip. It utilizes a full-circle rotary drilling machine with one of the largest diameters in the country, φ3200mm, capable of handling various underground construction projects. If necessary, large-diameter steel pipes can be directly rotated and installed into bedrock layers. The new technology of casing inner drilling allows for low-noise and low-vibration construction driven by hydraulic power, making it suitable for nighttime work in urban areas. 【Features】 - A method for directly rotating and installing steel pipe piles equipped with a drilling bit at the tip. - Utilizes a full-circle rotary drilling machine with one of the largest diameters in the country, φ3200mm, capable of handling various underground construction projects. - Large-diameter steel pipes can be directly rotated and installed into bedrock layers if necessary. - Effective in construction projects that protect cities from flooding caused by sudden heavy rains. - Can also be used for the construction of launch and arrival shafts for various shield projects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Two-axis coaxial underground steel pipe installation method

The pull-out resistance is extremely strong! Since the soil will return to the steel pipe after installation, soil treatment will require only a small amount.

This technology uses a dual-axis coaxial drilling machine to embed steel pipe piles through an inner excavation foundation pile embedding method. The augers used are formed by an auger that rotates the screw and an auger that rotates the steel pipe. Each type comes in both separate and single models, which are selected based on construction conditions. Additionally, when excavating gravel layers or bedrock layers, a necessary number of ultra-hard pipe bits for the cutting edge are attached to the tip of the steel pipe pile. 【Features】 ■ Extremely strong pull-out resistance ■ Embedding in gravel and bedrock is also possible ■ Vertical accuracy is exceptionally good ■ Soil is returned to the steel pipe after embedding, resulting in minimal soil disposal ■ Construction can be performed with low vibration and low noise *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
